I've been eating somewhat carefully, but had many desserts. I cannot properly understand the weight loss, as I have done NO exercise until this morning, when I started lifting.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
