I am a mother of three and want to lose weight to keep up the kids. My kids ages are 14, 17, and 20. I had surgery a year ago and since then I have slowed down quite a bit. I feel every bit of heavy and it has been a struggle just to climb three flights of stairs. I want to do better and my goal is to do better.
