I'm going to be a junior in college starting in Fall 2016. The last day of last semester (5/12/16)l I got weighed at the doctors - 136 lbs. I couldn't believe it. I know 136 isn't a lot for some but I'm short (5'3") and I've always grown up thin, eating whatever I want but it started catching up to me I guess... in high school I weighed 90-100 lbs and so I had gained almost 40 lbs! (A lot of it was the all you can eat buffet every day at the dining halls, with french fries, pizza, ice cream, etc.) I decided to start actively thinking about what I ate, how much I ate, and began exercising. Now I do some yoga and pilates every day and am on the journey to being healthy.
Starting weight: 136 (5/12/16)
Current weight: 121 (6/24/16! Already lost 15 lbs!!)
GW1: 115 or 110 (By 8/20 when school starts!!)
GW2: 105 (I want to maintain this!!)
