I FEEL AWESOME!!!!! I did 40 crunches, 40 push-up, 40 leg lifts *on each leg* 40 jumping jacks. And ran around a shop 20 times. hopefuly itll pay off :)

This is my third day on my diet. Me and my sister-n-law are trying the romen noodle diet(two packs of noodles a day with 8 8oz of water) . We run every day and do lots of exercises.we've tryed to do this before but we quit but I think we can do it this time. If you have any advise please let me know ill take all I can get and keep everyone informed on our progress.
