If you have a large amount to lose, you will probably get tired of ramen noodles pretty quickly, lol! Protein and high fiber foods help you lose weight the quickest and keep you satiated so you don't overeat. Lean dairy can help you lose fat. If you use the ramen noodle diet as a jump start that would most likely be fine. But if you want to lose weight, get healthy, lean and strong and change your body composition, then the only way to do it is to eat healthy balanced diet and exercise. Good luck though!
