This is my third day on my diet. Me and my sister-n-law are trying the romen noodle diet(two packs of noodles a day with 8 8oz of water) . We run every day and do lots of exercises.we've tryed to do this before but we quit but I think we can do it this time. If you have any advise please let me know ill take all I can get and keep everyone informed on our progress.

R U trying to lose weight in a heathy way? Ur body needs good energy to perform, I'm worried u may crash.Try and have a balance diet for life. It is a good way to start.I have changed my eating habbits over the past yrs.Its not easy to do.And it has been a long journey.

If you have a large amount to lose, you will probably get tired of ramen noodles pretty quickly, lol! Protein and high fiber foods help you lose weight the quickest and keep you satiated so you don't overeat. Lean dairy can help you lose fat. If you use the ramen noodle diet as a jump start that would most likely be fine. But if you want to lose weight, get healthy, lean and strong and change your body composition, then the only way to do it is to eat healthy balanced diet and exercise. Good luck though!
