I'm a 28 year old gal who is trying to achieve a healthy lifestyle that I can maintain. My last few years of poor diet choices mixed in with periods of inactivity has taken its toll. I recently saw a holistic doctor who has encouraged me to make several changes that I am hoping to stay accountable for on here. I also would like to be in the shape I was in 4 years ago. My profile picture is my goal weight physically and what I should weigh for my height- 5'10.
