Well, that is what 17 days in Hawaii and 3 weeks with no gym will do to ya! Vacation naughties included:
Ice cream - 3 times
Shave ice - 4 times
Malasadas - 7 of those little darlings
Adult beverages - 12. Hey, it was sunny & they come with little umbrellas and I wouldn't want to get sunburned.
Back on the wagon and let's go!

Well, I'm up a little but I'm super stoked about it. I had my weigh/measure done and I am up 1.6 lbs since my July 1 weigh/measure. Why does this excite me? Because I have gained 3 lbs of lean muscle and lost 7 inches. Hurray! It's not JUST the number on the scale, now is it?

Food logging is a chore & I am thinking about stopping. I am doing LCHF and pretty much know what I am doing (I think!) When I do something, I am all in! so my net carbs were pretty low and I have been gradually upping them slowly and making sure I am still in keto.
I exercise regularly and sweat my buns off, so I know that part of my life is on track.
I am thinking that perhaps I will just trust the keto sticks to keep me on task as far as food goes. I would greatly appreciate input from those on LCHF as to whether I should do this. Thank you all!

I've been wanting meat loaf, but since I'm eating LCHF, I needed a substitute for bread crumbs in my recipe. Light bulb came on! I crushed up some pork rinds to sub in for the bread crumbs - score! My meat loaf is in the oven and smells awesomely delicious!

After one week back on the LCHF wagon, I am back to where I was on the scale before I went on vacation.
My birthday is coming up in a few weeks and I am already trying to figure out how I will deal with the food-related celebrations. Sigh.
Any advice, thoughts etc FS members?
