After one week back on the LCHF wagon, I am back to where I was on the scale before I went on vacation.
My birthday is coming up in a few weeks and I am already trying to figure out how I will deal with the food-related celebrations. Sigh.
Any advice, thoughts etc FS members?

Your birthday, your rules?

Decide whether you want to kick the rules and indulge, or whether you want to find a delicious recipe that meets your program. If you decide and prepare you can have it your way. My birthday is coming up and I went online yesterday to research low carb sweeteners, so that I can bake a cake for my family - or they can bake it for me with the ingredients that I have acquired. Plus, I do love whipped cream and berries. So what can go wrong?
