I am a professional healthcare employee. I am having trouble getting back in shape after taking about 1 1/2 off from active running. Since that time I was holding a weight of 140 lbs then I gained 23 pounds when I stopped exercising and running. three months ago, I returned to doing some running and working out at OrangTheory Fitness. I have lost a total of 9 pounds, but haven't lost any more weight.
