I've made the decision to get back to my normal weight 125lbs.
I was always thin and in shape until my divorce. I went way down, then way up in weight and now I'm committed... cause 40 extra pounds is not only scary, but just too much weight to carry around!
I've always looked at sweets as "treats" instead of the poison they are.
I'm weaning myself off treats this week and changing my subconscious view of all junk food to... “White sugar treats will KILL you!” That's the bottom line.
I look forward to gaining and giving support in my life commitment to maintaining my balanced body composition.
