Completed Memorial Day Murph on Monday:
For Time:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
Completed in 67m57s which is an 8m45s PR!
I'm happy with this considering how I weigh a bit more and I haven't been training the running. Did an 11:10 mile and was fine to start the work.
Bought some new shorts. Down to a 38-in waist instead of 40-in.

Had a small piece of homemade banana nut bread brought to the gym.
PR'd deadlift at 515#
PR'd Annie at 8:58
PR'd 5RM on bench at 115kg (253.5#). New est 1RM of 296#.
