hey, um a good idea for your tummy is the old-fashioned sit-ups where you put your feet under something so they don't move. they make a big difference, even though you may not see it straight away, other people will notice. especially if you do maybe 30 in the morning and 30 at night or something like that..for a week, you will see results and you can do them at home. thats why i really like them Smile or maybe always do 40 before dinner, and it will feel well deserved Very Happy at least, this is my experience..good luck Smile
