Great Abs
I can really feel a difference in my abs with the consistent rep of crunches each day. This is the second week and I find myself holding my abs in naturally now. :lol:

OH! I guess that makes more sense. I definitely thought it was the "a week" though, because I figured by the time you got to 100, that would be like 20 a day, 5 days out of the week... Guess ...
