Huge home made turkey burger and broccoli for dinner. Including the full fat cheddar and light mayo, the while meal was just shy of 600 calories. 🍔

Not the prettiest picture, but dinner was spring rolls with shrimp, avocado, bell pepper, carrot and lettuce wrapped in rice paper. Dipped in a sweet chili pepper sauce, and edamame on the side, not pictured. All for about 600 calories. 🍤

The dinner I just made was AH-MAZING. Herbed riced cauliflower, tempeh cooked in onions, baby Bella mushrooms, and diced tomatoes, and served with artichoke hearts and kalamata olives. 😍 Mediteranean plate of heaven for about 450 calories. 😇
