Just made my next 3 days lunches. Not-fried fried rice. Jasmine rice beefed up with about 1/3 riced cauliflower, with a bit of scrambled egg mixed in, with sesame garlic shrimp and mushrooms. All topped with rice seasoning. 488 calories per container.

I'm down 20 lbs since January 1st! It doesn't feel like it, and it would be more if I'd not goofed around and over-ate for a good part of February, but I'm still proud of the progress!
