Last night's dinner. Lemon garlic chicken, sauteed asparagus, and boiled fingering potatoes with a home made light sour cream ranch. Ate a few spears of asparagus before snapping a pic. Total calories was around 540.

The pms monster took over yesterday afternoon, and I had a huge order of French fries with ketchup and mayonnaise, and I still lost weight over night. After doing this for a couple years, I swear sometimes your body needs a good cheat food/meal to let go of a little weight so long as you've been eating in a deficit up until then.

Last night's dinner! Pan seared garlic herb chicken breast, fresh steamed green beans, and mashed sweet potatoes with no calorie sweetener and cinnamon. 😚
