today i should be doing exercise.but i am having flu.my body is really weak.so,i take a day off from doing aerobics.and i only sleep for 4hours only.i stayed up for studying for exam tomorrow.i am really tired.i wish to do my exam with flying colours.hope it is worth it.

today is my day-9 doing aerobic.and tomorrow is my day-1 examination.i hope i can do well in my exam.wish me luck ok.and i do hope that i still do the aerobic. i don't want to make any excuses.just do it for 30min.it won't take much time.but it will make myself more healthy.

today is my day-8 aerobics without fail.but my weight is still do not reduce.i don't know what to do. and yet my exam is coming next week. i am really stress.that makes me want to eat alot. can anyone help me how to manage stress yet still on the diet..pls..i really need some advices..
