I am 38 with 2 kids the youngest being 5 months old. My goal is to lose the baby belly - probably about 7kg more than I would like to be. Am a healthy eater but have a bit of a sweet tooth..... this can derail a good day of eating and excercising. Looking to get back in touch with what is going past my lips to prevent it going on my hips!

Need help finding motivation...
something I read recently struck a cord. Instead of thinking about food, what will taste yummy, try and rephrase the question to yourself like - what choice would my `goal weight'self make. If you ask yourself a different quesiton you might get a different outcome? Think this would be good to try when going out to eat, but it might also work for some types of take out?

Has anyone done Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred?
I've been doing it for about 2 months - mostly about 3 times a week - just had second baby and had done nothing for at least 4 years and it has worked really well for my fitness. I can now do all of level 2 and decided I would test the fitness by going for a jog. on my second run I ran 5km so it really does work. i think if you tried to do it everyday you would go insane - but 3 times a week is awesome.
