Got to go into work for an unexpected night shift, I've prepared my midnight meal which should've been tmrs dinner, hopefully I'll sleep for most of the day tmr, sleeping means not eating hopefully

Today is the first day and for me today is a down day, I weighed in yesterday if I lose 2lbs a week I will hit my goal :) my new find is coconut water, zero fat 45 cals a glass and yummy.
