Today is the first day and for me today is a down day, I weighed in yesterday if I lose 2lbs a week I will hit my goal :) my new find is coconut water, zero fat 45 cals a glass and yummy.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
