No sugars for a week? Somehow I thought "well this will be a breeze!". Now, I am learning just how much sugar is really out there. It's in everything lol. So now I'm down to meats, letuce with lemon and fish. Basicly a stone age survival diet lol. Oh well, I'm losing the weight while staying full...and I do love steak with lemon anr peppers!
If anyone else have any sggestions, I am open!

I diet in five day cycles. The first day is a pure water fast. Second day, Hollywood 48 hr. diet drink (but only 2oz. diet mix to 24oz water) three times a day, only water between diet drinks. Day three Hollywood 48 hr. diet as perscribed on package. Day four Slim Fast diet shakes (three per day, using water instead of milk) and water between shakes. Day five relace only two meals with Slim Fast diet shakes (using water instead of milk) and one regular meal, water between shakes and meals.
I started at 199.08 two months ago. Using the five day cycles I have lost 27.04 pounds. I feel weak on the first day of each cycle. But have learned that spending energy creates energy. So I have to keep moving on day one...and day two as well. By day three I feel great!
I am losing just at 3.5 pounds per week.
This "is not" a very healthy diet! I "do not" recomend it to anyone! I am only sharing it as my own personal trials in dieting.
