No sugars for a week? Somehow I thought "well this will be a breeze!". Now, I am learning just how much sugar is really out there. It's in everything lol. So now I'm down to meats, letuce with lemon and fish. Basicly a stone age survival diet lol. Oh well, I'm losing the weight while staying full...and I do love steak with lemon anr peppers!
If anyone else have any sggestions, I am open!

All meat is good on a low carb/sugar diet. Some fish have sugars in them.

Thank you! I've never considered all meats before. I am going to give it a try :)

I am sorry, I must explain myself better. I had gotten in a rush. The more meat you eat, the fuller you will feel. However, daily greens are very important. You mustn't skip the greens, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuces, leeks, pepers, just to name a few. Most Cheeses and heavy creams, butters, are also nice fixings to help with variety. Eggs... eggs any which way you please. I make deviled eggs and may munch them time to time, boiled, poached, anything goes. I like omlettes with peppers and cheese. Variety is important unless you just really really like living off of Cesar salad.

Oh? I am happy you cleared that up. I have been living off of meat alone for weeks now. I did lose over five pounds doing it. I kind of missed my salads though. I can pig out on lettuce and leaves all day long! And who doesn't just love Deviled Eggs!? You rock...thank you for the update. Making myself a yummy leaf salad now!!!!!
