With work picking up and my business trip to myrtle beach this weekend I really don't see the gym in my future til monday. I will continue to count calories and push for weight loss. I just wish I wasn't so tired...

I couldn't make it to the gym the last couple days.I also went way over my calories also. Just weighed in and I am down 2 lbs from my last weigh in. so I am ok with it but I really need to go back to the gym and push threw this I NEED TO BE UNDER 350. I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT!!!

This last week has been finals week and my business has picked up for the season. I have been eating out more BUT still maintaining my calories the best i can. I think I went over them one time. But I am going to hit up the gym tomorrow now that everything has died down. I will continue my weight loss journey!!!!!
