Well, it's been almost a year and sad to say, I haven't done very well :( BUT things are achangin and it's a new day!! We have joined a fitness club as a family and have been really enjoying it actually. We've all been working out everyday and Patrick our 14 yo has even went twice in a day! For some reason, I'm not as self conscience as I was when we joined years ago. I feel more energized through out the day and not as 'tired'. We're eating healthier, of course that means I have to change the way I cook and the foods I buy but it's a start!!!

I've been alittle lax on posting here but have been very deligent with my dieting. A big surprise!! Usually don't last longer than couple of wks. But it's been almost a month and I'm still going! Haven't had any bad carbs in that whole time and I'm not dying to have some bread or potatoes. THose are my real downfall. I've been walking alot more than I usually do. Must be helping b/c hubby and I walk between an hour and an hour 1/2 and I don't feel like I'm dying!! Scales say I've only lost a couple lbs but I do know that 2 shirts that I haven't been able to wear I can now wear & they are not the least bit tight!! WHOOOPIE!!!!!

So far so good... I'm sticking to the 20 carbs or less a day but need to start making time to eat breakfast and lunch for sure.
