Well, it's been almost a year and sad to say, I haven't done very well :( BUT things are achangin and it's a new day!! We have joined a fitness club as a family and have been really enjoying it actually. We've all been working out everyday and Patrick our 14 yo has even went twice in a day! For some reason, I'm not as self conscience as I was when we joined years ago. I feel more energized through out the day and not as 'tired'. We're eating healthier, of course that means I have to change the way I cook and the foods I buy but it's a start!!! "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength!" Philippians 4:13
