Hi
Can anyone tell me what I can take for this? I really can't get constipated as it isnt good for me! I can feel it happening on this diet!
I drink 3l of water everyday.

Net Carbs and Calories.
Hi
I went over my net carbs today (23g)
I am in induction so should be on 20g. I feel very disappointed in myself.
I made an error in having leeks when I didn't realise they were rather high in net carbs
Am I going to put on weight now?!
Also, I find it impossible to stay under 2000 calories. Does this matter?
