So close, but what do I do when I get there?
I have lost 14.7kgs (32lbs) and nearly at my goal of 80kg (176lbs).. I am just making sure I eat less than 2000 cals per day right now, (I am hitting about 1700cals per day) and the weight seems to be coming off slowly. I am happy to revise to a lower weight, and maintain my calorie monitoring. a bit in disbelief I have gotten so far! I really appreciate fatsecret, it has definitely been the key to my success Smile

BMI no longer obese!
Checked my BMI today and now I am overweight. Lost 9.3kgs since beginning of the year. Still going for the end goal, and will decide what to do from there

Unfortunately you need to find your own motivation. There are a few tricks to it though. Have specific goal, pick a number that you will aim for. Weigh in daily. Some days it wont say what you want to see, use those days as a motivator to keep pushing on! a few days later you will see it going down. Count calories every day. Stay in a deficit. good luck you can do it
