Start Weight
192.6 lb
Lost so far: 12.4 lb

Current Weight
180.2 lb
Performance: losing 3.1 lb a week

Goal Weight
175.0 lb
Still to go: 5.2 lb
I started dieting on 1/30/14 when I was 339.2 lbs. Today (9/20/14) I am 192.6 lbs. I have used another site (myfitnesspal) in the past but I decided to give this a try as there seems to be more recipes with nutritional data on this website--something that is very important to me as I attempt to lose a few more lbs, lose some more body fat between the knees and ribs, and eventually maintain my new, healthy weight.

I've lost 147 lbs in 2014...if I can, you can!!
Hey everyone,
I'm a 23 year old male. On 1-30-14 I weighed 339.2. I wore a 3XL shirt, size 50 pants, and had between 3-4 chins. I found comfort in food but I hated looking at myself in the mirror. Today, I weigh 192 lbs, I wear a medium men's shirt and a 34 jeans. I don't necessarily have any secrets, but if anyone is interested, I do have some tools that I have used that I can recommend.
If interested, I can share with you the scientific/nutritional studies that I used to create my diet/workout plan/supplement plan. In addition to the reading, I can share with you exactly what I've eaten for 99% of the past 233 days (I have eaten almost the same exact thing every day since 1-30-14), my general workout schedule, and the supplements that I take. (No magic pills, but some very scientific natural supplements).

Please keep in mind, I'm a young male who was extremely obese. I think my results are atypical and you should probably consult a doctor before you enact upon any information I give or reference.

Thanks for reading!
