Well after a brief time away, I am back. :) I have finished with summer school and now I am going to really charge ahead on the working out and really focus on trying to drop some pounds and workout. :) this is good news for my dog, who will now get many more walks than he currently is. I am still irratated with my weight...I need to change my weight but I just can't bring myself to do that one yet. lol But the good news is that I haven't really exercised in the past week and I haven't ran in two but I have lost a few of the extra pounds that I have put on recently...why is that? Well we will see how I am going to do until school starts back up. If I still see nothing happening I think I might end up going to the doctor and see if there is something going on with my body...

I am going to sign up for the 9/11 5k run in DC and I wanted to sign up for a Marine Corp 5k next month which ends with a concert but I told my friend I would go to AC with her so there goes that run. So looks like there is only one race for me so far.

Well I am off to read some and then heading to bed.

ok, so I confess I have eaten horribly for the past week. I went to my mom's and ate out a lot. Which is odd b/c my mom hates to eat out, but we did anyway. But when I came home I wasn't too bad b/c of a lot of water consumed...great. Then I had a wedding to go to this weekend in Ohio. Ugh!!! Bad, bad, bad, bad....Went up on Friday and came home on Sunday...8 hours in a car and you can see how easy it is to eat crap. We packed the car like we were never going to see food again. Soda and rum and beer,chips and choco chip cookies, pretzels (see i was trying to bring some ok, snacks) rice crispy treats...eating out since you are hanging in a hotel is not hard to do. Hard to pack right when you are traveling with 2 other girls. (At least that is the excuse I am using lol)Ate snack food for breakfast and then lunch and dinner out. I really need to buckle down b/c that was just nuts! Thankfully it was just a few days and not longer, I don't think I could handle the scale if is was more. But I had a great time at the wedding. My friends looked beautiful (ok, Mike looked hansome too not beautiful) :) I would post some pics but I have no idea how to on here...

I came home from the wedding last night and this afternoon I had an egg beater omlette on a low cal multigrain english muffin...with a right from the garden cucumber :) So hopefully that will help me out. :) I did run five miles last week, so I am thinking tonight might be a five mile run since it does't seem to be too humid out.
Well I am off to burn some cd's to my ipod and make some fun new workout playlists and some new mixed cds for the car.
