I need to start waking up earlier . I go to sleep to late (last night 1:00).. So I woke up at 9:30 and had a protein shake then an hour half later I had 3 egg whites . I am about to go to the gym now . Long day. I need to incorporate more snacks in my diet to increase my caloric intake. I also need better timing of eating habits.
