Woke up at 2:30 am tue morning to use bathroom and have a shake. Had a couple of drinks on Sunday night so didn't enter a journal on sunday.

Like usual. I start off strong and then I fall off my diet. I am still not waking up early enough to get all my meals in. I need to wake up at seven and I am waking up at 9. I am focused for the upcoming week..

I finished the day strong . I did have a sweet tooth in the end which I need to stop.
