THURSDAY-DAY4
Must of had a huge craving for salt today because I totally overdosed on bacon and olives. I wasn't until I just recorded it in my diet calendar that it actually hit me how pathetic it is. It started out innocent though. I opened a can of olives to put some on my salad and then I just left the can on the counter. Then I went back 3 times and kept grabbing handfuls of olives and eating them like they were M&M's. Omg, pathetic.

WEDNESDAY-DAY 3
Still going good. Have yet to enter a gym. I don't know why but the idea is just so intimidating to me. Don't have much of an appetite, cant stop peeing. For the first time in a while I'm actually worried that I'm not eating enough. Ha! I have alot of energy and don't feel as bloated as usual. Well that's all for today.

TUESDAY-DAY 2
Today wasn't so bad. My headache has subsided. I'm trying to drink alot of water. I went out grocery shopping and picked up some chicken that was on sale along with lettuce, cucumbers and couple packs of bacon because I hate eggs. Going to try to make stuffed mushrooms sometime this week and a few other low carb creations. I still want french fries though!! LOL

MONDAY-DAY 1
I'm cranky, hungry and have one hell of a headache! I was leaving work tonight and had a real bad craving for french fries. So I said to myself.. NO FAT ASS! You don't need it! Didn't cheat all day. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.
