Today sucked. It's like the second I got out of bed my body knew it wasn't getting anything good or salty today. Instant headache right across my forehead. I hate that. Anyway for breakfast I had a piece of wasa bread smeared with Nutella. Not a lot but just enough to mask the cardboard-y taste. Then I sliced some strawberries and threw them on top and a few blueberries. Lunch was an antipasto salad with ham cap, lonza, salami, cheese olives cucumbers with a balsamic dressing. Dinner was boneless wings in garlic Parmesan. I need to find more Atkins friendly recipes 😞 I also need to go to bed because I am just over today. Today can go fuck itself. I want French fries 😫

Well I haven't been on here in four years. I'm surprised I was able to log into my account. Even more surprised that I remembered my password. As usual I completely fell of the wagon again and again. Then just before the summer of 2014 I decided that's it. I want to be healthier. I'm so sick of being tired all the time andddddd then I got pregnant 😆 Totally unexpected but a beautiful surprise none the less. My daughter was born two months early due to an IUGR. Crazy thing is when I found out I was pregnant I weighed 265lbs. A week postpartum I weighed 245lbs. I was losing weight during my pregnancy and I couldn't understand why. After she was born I learned that my placenta completely gave out and still to this day I have no explanation as to why that happened. Regardless all the weight I had lost I put back on. I weighed myself tonight and that magic number has reached 271lbs. I feel awful. I look awful and I have a one year old that is getting more mobile by the day. I need to be able to keep up with her. I'm constantly exhausted even if I get a good nights sleep. I've also noticed in the past couple months that when I wake up in the morning my entire body hurts. I literally have to sit for a second before I get up and moving. That's not right. I just turned 33. I shouldn't feel this shitty. I need to do this and I need to succeed. For my daughter and for me.
