I have been off of the fatsecret site for a few months now. We started the biggest loser at work and knew that the best plan for me would be Fat Flush since I have seen great success before. My plan this time is to make it a lifestyle change and keep to the program into the lifestyle plan and keep the weight off! My girlfriend from work is also doing FF Plan and has joined this site so we can now help to encourage eachother to reach our goals and hold eachother accountable!
