Feeling very stressed/anxious. Last week someone backed into my car, we exchanged information and I contacted their insurance company. Later I get a call back that the driver's father is denying they had any involvement, the adjuster said we realize he is lying because how else would you get their policy number, but we need them to confirm the accident. So I've had to get a police report and do numerous phone interviews. It is extremely frustrating to me that I was not at fault and have had to do all this extra stuff because this guy is a liar!!! The damage isn't too bad, but I'm sticking with it because it's the principle of the matter! Ugh! This feels like it was the last straw in a string of stressful events. Yesterday I had very little appetite, cold chills and a racing heart most of the day. I hate anxiety. Did get a good walk in at lunch which helped a bit and planning one today too.

My new niece has arrived! Mom and baby are doing well and are at home. I'm so happy for them!!

Started the hospital Lose 2 Win challenge and I am off to a rocky start. Initial weigh in was last Wednesday, next Wednesday is first weigh in and right now I am up .4 . . . not much, but I wanted to lose 3 lbs my first weigh in. I let TOM and stress get the better of me and have not been eating well. Ugh!! I did, finally, after what seems like forever, do a workout last night. It was an easy one, but holy cow I can tell it has been a while. It was nice to see my star on the calendar.

I hope today goes better than yesterday here at work! I am so ready for the weekend, lol. Seems terrible to keep wishing all the weeks away to get to the weekend when time already seems to go by way too fast!

EDIT: I went 2 full weeks, 14 days with no doritos and soda for breakfast, then fell off the wagon (dagnabit). Today I was mindlessly eating them on my way to work and thought I don't even want these and stopped, I had already eaten most of the bag, but I'm glad I stopped before I was shaking the crumbs in my face out of the bottom of the bag. Tomorrow will be day 1 and I will make 14, then 21, then even more without this awful breakfast and yes it's awful. Ate it 3 days this week and notice my skin looks crappy this morning!!
