Happy New Year Everyone,wishing you all a blessed one.
I went to bed about 12:30 am this morning after the ball dropped and I woke up feeling refresh at 6:30 am. I don't know if there's a connection or not with the foods that I've been eating, but since I started eating more ketogenic foods I am sleeping better and this coming from someone who suffers Insomnia for years, respiratory issues,(according to my allergist have no food allergies nor environments)and regardless of how I eat I would wake up with headaches and feeling like I had too much to drink the night before. So, I watching this video on youtube called "the food revolution" by the diet doctor and it started me thinking about how our bodies functions best in certain environment, like how most hormones are fat soluble,and how fat does not need a transport carrier to get into the cells, maybe I am not giving my body the right fuel and also the right environment to function properly. That's a very good question. Hmmmm? We shall see. Have a blessed day everyone.

I have decided to take a different approach to losing the weight. I have tried countless diets only to gain the weight back. So for 2014, I am going to try the ketogenic diet approach. I will try to document my experience, including my exercise routine. I am tired of being obese, so I either pay for it now or later.
So far, I feel fine, slightly lightheaded since I have removed all the carb out of diet except for green veggies. I am not craving anything yet, will see how I do and may be slowly introduce some more carb into my meal I can do this. God help me.
