I am an African American female. I am currently on disability because of food. I am single and ready to take back my health and learn to eat proper and appropriate foods. My goal weight is 180lbs. I want to break it down into small steps to stay motivated. I've been told all my life that I was too big and ignored it and now I have to address it deal with and do something about or Die young.
