Hi, my name is Sharon, I have struggled with my weight starting in my late twenties, I am forty now(wow). I am married to my best friend, we have 5 children,( four girls, one boy) 4 that are living. Our last child(Isaiah) was stillborn in October of last year. We support each other through this difficult time. WE laugh alot, I gained alot of weight due to poor eating habits and no exercise. I have a bike that I ride each day for 45min no matter what, I have committed to burn at least 500 calories a day. It really has made a diference in my ability to move forward. I started this journey at 350 pounds as of now I weigh about 305. Looking forward to being healthy, and really happy with what I see as well as how I feel. This journey will be a lifestyle change, not just a diet. Best wishes to all!
