I am feeling fabulous! I am still having cravings for junk which isn't so great but overall, everything is going great! I have tried a few new vegan recipes and each have come out very bland. I'm not sure how to fix that since I am doing low/no salt. Any suggestions?

Whew! I was running all over town yesterday! lol It was a busy day. I guess it worked out in my favor though! I'm so excited about my progress so far! :) It's not easy being that I am eating a vegan diet and never really cared for vegetables (haha!) but the rewards are great! I'm learning to like new things!

I haven't been below 215 in years, so I am pretty excited about that today!

Yay! I lost a pound! Today, I am excited for my future! I know I am on the right path! :) I'm going to eat some corn as a treat for these rough last 2 weeks! lol It's going to be a great day!
