I am feeling fabulous! I am still having cravings for junk which isn't so great but overall, everything is going great! I have tried a few new vegan recipes and each have come out very bland. I'm not sure how to fix that since I am doing low/no salt. Any suggestions?

Try adding some herbs or different peppers. I like herb d' provence blend and a garam marsala blend to kick things up, along with a spicy Tapatio mexican blend of spices. Try grilling your fresh veggies before adding them to your recipes; that will add another level of flavor as well. I have a grill pan that I spray with non-stick olive oil spray that works to keep the veggies from sticking to the pan. Or you could try some recipes from India; those spices are very flavorful too. Good luck!!
