lost some weight due to stress, heat and busy schedule. Did not excercise or go out to eat. try to eat every morning with vitamin suppliments. fresh vegs not much snack food. less cheese after nutrition info session. Brother in law said too skinny

just for fun = would like to get a handle on what I'm eating and doing to stay fit. Stress causes me to lose weight. Without excercise, I lose mucscle mass. Not attractive.
