Need Friends on Nutrisystem
Hello out there. I just wanted to talk and maybe add some buddies to my fatsecret. I would like to talk with people that are on the same diet as me so we can share stories and recipes. I've been having some issues lately. I like to have a glass of wine. And I'll have one either three days in a row then skip a couple days or every other day, just depending. But lately, I've been screwing up after that one drink. I diet all day, then after the drink I screw up the entire days worth. I'm gonna only have that glass now on a weekend. But the damage is done. I feel like I'm just starting nutrisystem - but i've been on it for a month. I just need some buddies for encouragement. I will also encourage others and be as helpful as i can be.

My weight loss seems to be slowing now. But I'm determined. I will NOT give up. I'm trying not to over exersize so I don't get burned out and stop all together. But I'm trying to push myself for those results. Anyone else out there got any thoughts/comments on thr nutrisystem?
