Feeling Fat
So I started the "South Beach" diet and did it successfully for one week. After loosing 8lbs I thought I was on my way...until I was tempted to cheat my diet and went over board.
Now I've gained back 7 of the pounds I lost...and I feel terrible.
This weight loss thing is too much. I hate depriving myself of tasty treats, and I'm killing myself at the gym...what is one to do.
