Today was a carb load day...so decided on 1 1/2 cups of home fried potatoes...the calculator says 60 + carbs... but that's fine on a carb load day... Should perpetuate a spike in energy level in the gym..
Back down to 20g carbs tomorrow.. Now, doing one crab load day a week with zero bad effects.....

Hit a temporary stall but at least haven't put any weight back on...

Italian Hot Sausage Meatballs with Hamburger , basil meatballs
zuchini,white onion, mushrooms and fresh oregano sauce with diced tomato.
