I reached my goal of getting under 230 :) I know with Christmas coming up it probably won't last long :) but I'll get back down again if I do gain. My next goal is 210 and I will weigh less than my husband.

I'm down 20 lbs! It seems like such an accomplishment! In the past I've usually given up after 10 lbs, so this is just awesome. The weight hasn't come off overnight like I have wanted, but I'm happy I've stuck with it so far. With 20 lbs gone my clothes fit a lot better, even though I haven't gone down a size yet it's nice to have loose clothes. Also I sleep 100 % better at night. I used to have to sit up in the recliner at night and now I have no problem laying down. Also I'm not so out of breath all the time. This is just with 20 lbs down...I can't imagine what it'll feel like when I get under 200 :D

Yay! Down 2 more lbs and only 3 left to get out of the 230s! I've been sick the last few days so I think the two lbs might come back on, but I'll take it for now :)
