I'm down 20 lbs! It seems like such an accomplishment! In the past I've usually given up after 10 lbs, so this is just awesome. The weight hasn't come off overnight like I have wanted, but I'm happy I've stuck with it so far. With 20 lbs gone my clothes fit a lot better, even though I haven't gone down a size yet it's nice to have loose clothes. Also I sleep 100 % better at night. I used to have to sit up in the recliner at night and now I have no problem laying down. Also I'm not so out of breath all the time. This is just with 20 lbs down...I can't imagine what it'll feel like when I get under 200 :D
231.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing great!! Feels nice to have those numbers add up to more pounds coming off, doesn't it? Just think how good you will feel after you lose all the weight?!!! Keep up the good work!!
