BAD BAD BAD BAD day. Bluh, now I'm feeling the gross effect of eating bad today. I had such a good week, followed my new eating plan almost to the T. Started by not goin to gym this morn, followed by being lazy ALL day. Tomorrow is a new day, cookies are now in the trash

Note to self.....Do not let husband go to store to pick something up to make for dinner. He brought home frozen Buffalo Wings and Frozen Spicy Chicken Strips. UGH. I did eat them put only 1 of each----but then a cookie :-(

Feeling yuck today. I feel tired. My shoulder and knee hurt so I'm giving my workout a break. Maybe just knowing I had to skip is making me feel yucky. I just have to be really strong to not eat like crap today. I'll update you tonight to let you know how I did.

Just cheated.....but only slightly. I had a small No Bake Choc Oatmeal cookie and 10 Reeces Pieces
