Feeling yuck today. I feel tired. My shoulder and knee hurt so I'm giving my workout a break. Maybe just knowing I had to skip is making me feel yucky. I just have to be really strong to not eat like crap today. I'll update you tonight to let you know how I did.

I also have a problem with fatigue at times, especially on the weekends when I actually have more time to get some physical activity in there. I find that, once I get started, about 5 minutes or so into the cardio I start with, my body does an about face and I suddenly feel better and have more energy to actually do something. I don't suggest you do this if sore or ill though. Sometimes your body does just need a break. Rest, too, is an important part of success.
