Today was my Birthday so I went out with family and my Granddaughter got me a Dutch Brother and I had a cookie for my cake. Did not do so well today.
I also walked 2992 steps.
On the 12 I walked 3660 steps
on the 11 I walked 2316 steps

I am getting very frustrated about my exercise program. There is no were to add my step down like on Sunday I was down so I only walked 997 steps but then on Monday I walked 1935 step, Tuesday 2330 steps, Wed 1816,. I guess this is the only place that I can write this down. So OK I will do that but not fair that it does not show up on chart.
