First timer with 40+ to lose
hello everyone on this last day of 2010! I have reached my starting point. 2011 is my yr to shine to be happy once again to start loving myself!! ive been heavy all my life once i had my daughter i started creeping up from 200 now im heavier than when i was 9 months pregnant!! Im here ready to be honest and truthful with myself and with everyone on this forum! no hiding my weight anymore i need to be honest in order to acheive my goals, 40 pounds for soundset 2011 in may!! good luck to all, i need all the advice i can get, god bless

	1 serving Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Snack Pack
	Dance (fast step, aerobic)
	Walking (moderate) - 3/mph
	Calisthenics (heavy, e.g. pushups)
